Goeiedag, Ons het onlangs 'n transaksie by Timbacore gedoen vir 'n doelgemaakte Wendyhuis. Dit was regtig vir ons 'n aangename proses om met julle besigheid te doen. Shawn is duidelik passievol oor sy werk en 'n goeie verkoopsman – sonder om "pushy" te wees. Baie professioneel is die gedagte wat by my opkom. Ewe professioneel was julle span wat gister die eenheid by ons huis kom opsit het. Ook die dame wat die telefoon beantwoord het die twee keer wat ons geskakel het was regtig vriendelik en baie behulpsaam. Baie geluk, julle het regtig 'n skitterende span! Not Once did I feel that your team were unhappy to have to re-do some parts. Kobus was absolutely professional in his attitude and the team were excellent as well. You can be very proud of your guys. You stand out head and shoulders above almost every company that we have ever had working on our property, and I will highly recommend you to anybody that requires any of the services your company provides. We are young, new home owners and my husband and I are doing a lot of the reno work ourselves. We have dealt with a few service providers over the past year and it saddens me to say, but most of them can only be called suppliers because they definitely do not deliver a service. Middag Ek wil julle net bedank vir die pragtige huisie wat julle vir my dogtertjie gebou en opgerig het. Sy put ure se genot daaruit. Julle kan met graagte die foto's op julle webwerf plaas. My dogtertjie is baie trots op haar huisie en het al teepartytjies met maatjies daarin gehou. Die vakmanskap en diens was uiters goed en profesioneel. Die verkoopsman het ook uit sy pad gegaan om ons te akkomodeer, aangesien ons haastig was met die installasie omdat ons op pad was met vakansie. Die 3 persone wat die oprigting gedoen het, was ook baie vriendelik en het baie netjies gewerk. Ons waardeer al die moeite wat daarin gegaan het. Groete. Adéle Venter

I want to say that I am so impressed with many aspects of Timbacore: 1) The excellent quality of workmanship in the product itself. 2) The excellent service I have had from Jerome. When I have called, he has been able to supply me with answers to specific questions especially of a technical nature. 3) The installation team were also excellent. I learned that one of the team members has been with Timbacore for 17 years (I think that was the figure). This says to me that you value long term relationships in business and this accounts for both product excellence and service excellence. 8 November 2010 Mr N Roberts TIMBACORE Dear Mr Roberts It is with immense appreciation that I would like to thank your company, Timbacore, and salesman, Josef Geldenhuys, for the wonderful Timbacore products that were erected at the Montessori Children's Activity Centre during the Kamersvolgeskenke event, from the 25-31 October. The jungle gym was especially popular, but the public also made use of your benches and tables. Our school bought a jungle gym about five years ago (not from Timbacore) and I can sincerely say that the quality of your product supersedes the one we have at present by far. We were also impressed at how quickly your jungle gym was erected and the sturdiness of the product, without concrete being used to secure it into the ground. Hi Josef Re your installation per quote #JG00526. Just to let you know how impressed I am with your installers who finished my entire job today (with a bit of overtime). Apart from being a retired, niggling Chartered Accountant by profession (& accountants often drive me crazy they're so conservative!), I am fortunately also a serious DIY koning doing virtually all of my own woodwork, plumbing, building & electrical work, so whenever I engage a contractor I immediately fear the worst. In the case of my pergola, I decided that I had to take the chance simply because my “handlanger” younger sons are too busy at Stellenbosch varsity at the moment to help me and 6m poles are just too heavy to lift & install on my own!! I enjoyed interacting with your team & exchanging ideas on positioning of the poles, brackets, etc, but mostly I enjoyed watching them all working as if they really enjoyed their jobs. It's not often that this occurs in any profession. Please pass on this praise to their superiors because they really do deserve a pat on the back. Well done & kind regards, Ed Teare
